Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip-8 oz container
  • 1 can(s)
    16 oz. crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 pkg
    10 oz. frozen strawberries or raspberries--thawed

How to Make Frozen Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Soften cream cheese and add sugar and beat well. Fold in Cool Whip, drained pineapple and thawed berries, including the juic from the berries.
  2. Put into a 9x13 pan and freeze until hard. To serve, remove pan from the freezer and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving to soften.
  3. Will keep in freezer for about two weeks.
