8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c
1 pkg
cool whip-8 oz container
1 can(s)
16 oz. crushed pineapple drained
1 pkg
10 oz. frozen strawberries or raspberries--thawed

How to Make Frozen Fruit Salad


  • 1Soften cream cheese and add sugar and beat well. Fold in Cool Whip, drained pineapple and thawed berries, including the juic from the berries.
  • 2Put into a 9x13 pan and freeze until hard. To serve, remove pan from the freezer and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving to soften.
  • 3Will keep in freezer for about two weeks.
