8 oz. cream cheese
cool whip-8 oz container
16 oz. crushed pineapple drained
10 oz. frozen strawberries or raspberries--thawed
How To Make
Soften cream cheese and add sugar and beat well. Fold in Cool Whip, drained pineapple and thawed berries, including the juic from the berries.
Put into a 9x13 pan and freeze until hard. To serve, remove pan from the freezer and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving to soften.
Will keep in freezer for about two weeks.
