Refrigerate/Freeze

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    gelatin, any flavor
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple, crushed
  • 3/4 c
    oranges, diced
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 pt
    whipping cream
  • 3/4 c
    grapes, halved
  • 2
    bananas, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    cherries, chopped

How to Make Frozen Fruit Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Soak gelatin in water.
  2. Mix fruit well.
  3. Whip cream, and mix with mayonnaise.
  4. Add to fruit mixture.
  5. Dissolve soaked gelatin over boiling water and add to ingredients.
  6. Mix well and turn into a freezer container.
  7. Freeze.
  8. Thaw partially before serving on beds of lettuce.
