  • 1 can(s)
    sweet condensed milk
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 16 oz
    whole cranberry sauce
  • 20 oz
    drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 9 oz
    whipped topping
  • ·
    lettuce leaves

How to Make Frozen Cranberry Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
  2. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts; fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread in 9x13 inch pan.
  4. Freeze until firm.
  5. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve on lettuce leaves.
  7. Return leftovers to freezer.
