frozen citrus salad
This recipe comes from my mum-in-law. She made it and raved about it, so I took a copy home. And I DID like it, though we're not heavy fruit salad eaters. So I kept it. BUT, just so you understand, one batch makes a LOT. Double it only if you're trying to make a stand-alone snack for a whole school (ok, that's an exaggeration, but I ended up throwing some away because there was too much).

Ingredients
- 4 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
- 6 2/3 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 - banana
- 1/3 cup ginger ale
- 16 - muffin cups (have extra on hand, just in case)
- 1/4 cup oil
How To Make frozen citrus salad

Step 1Mix orange juice, crushed pineapple, ginger ale, sugar, and bananas. Spoon into muffin cups. Freeze.
