Ingredients

  • 1
    large banana sliced
  • 13 1/4oz can(s)
    crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 c
    chopped marschino cherries
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    cool whip
  • 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    rum extract

How to Make Frozen Caribbean Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss sliced banana with lime juice. Add cherries , pineapple (drained) sugar and rum extract. Combine Well.
  2. Fold mayo into cool whip, add to banana mixture. Spoon into pie plate & freeze well.
  3. You can add whatever fruit you like such as bing cherries, peaches, kiwi, strawberries, mango and more to make the recipe with what you like.
  4. To fill a 9/13 inch pan, DOUBLE THE RECIPE.
  5. If you would like to serve as a dessert, cut down on the mayo.
