Delicious salad with pork, chicken or any white meat. Can be served with dinner or as a dessert.

large banana sliced
13 1/4oz can(s)
crushed pineapple drained
1/2 c
chopped marschino cherries
1 Tbsp
lime juice
1 c
1 c
cool whip
1/4 c
powdered sugar
3/4 tsp
rum extract


1Toss sliced banana with lime juice. Add cherries , pineapple (drained) sugar and rum extract. Combine Well.
2Fold mayo into cool whip, add to banana mixture. Spoon into pie plate & freeze well.
3You can add whatever fruit you like such as bing cherries, peaches, kiwi, strawberries, mango and more to make the recipe with what you like.
4To fill a 9/13 inch pan, DOUBLE THE RECIPE.
5If you would like to serve as a dessert, cut down on the mayo.
