Preheat oven to 350* Mix together pretzel crumbs, and sugar; add the melted butter and mix well; Press into bottom of a 9x13" pan, bake for approx. 10 min. Remove from let cool.
Blend all other ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Mix enough to separate the strawberries. Pour into pretzel lined pan, and smooth to even.
Cover with foil, and freeze; Keep frozen until 15-20 min. before serving. Cut frozen into 24 pieces.
