Ingredients
- 1 package fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large oranges
- 1 medium tart apple, shredded
- 1/2 cup dates, chopped
- 16 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup pecans , chopped
How To Make frosty cranberry ambrosia

Step 1Fill muffin pans with 15-20 paper liners.

Step 2Chop cranberries fine put in a medium bowl, add sugar and let set till ready to combine ingredients.

Step 3chop one orange fine put in medium bowl, reserving juice.

Step 4Shred apple add to chopped orange.

Step 5Squeeze remaining orange. Add to reserved juice to make a total of 1/2 C. juice. Combine orange juice, cream cheese and vanilla, beat with a rotary beater till fluffy.

Step 6Stir the orange, apple, cranberries and dates into cream cheese mixture .

Step 7Whip cream till soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

Step 8Fill paper lined muffin pans with mixture, sprinkle lightly with pecans and freeze.
