Delicious fruit salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 16 ounces package acini di pepe psta
  • 3 cans 11 oz. each mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 can 20 oz. crushed pineapple drained
  • 8 ounces whip cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

How To Make frog eye salad

  • Step 1
    In a sauce pan combine sugar, salt, pineapple juice and eggs. Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and let come to room temp.
  • Step 2
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente drain and rinse in cold water.
  • Step 3
    In large bowl combine the pasta, egg mixture and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until chilled at least 4 hours or overnight.
