Ingredients

  • 3 - mangoes, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
  • 2 - bananas, sliced
  • 2 - oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • - juice of 1 lime
  • - lettuce leaves

How To Make fresh mango salad

  • Step 1
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently.
  • Step 2
    Combine oil, honey and lime juice; pour over fruit, and toss gently.
  • Step 3
    Cover and chill.
  • Step 4
    To serve, remove fruit with a slotted spoon; arrange on lettuce leaves.
