I love fresh fruit salads in the summer time. This is a really tasty one!

Ingredients For fresh mango salad

  • 3
    ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 2
    fresh mandarin oranges, peeled, deseeded and sectioned
  • 2
    bananas, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • juice of 1 lime

How To Make fresh mango salad

  • 1
    Combine first orange sections and mangoes together in a large bowl, tossing gently.
  • 2
    Combine oil, honey and lime juice; pour over fruit and toss gently.
  • 3
    Cover and chill. Add 2 sliced bananas just before serving and toss with salad.
  • 4
    To serve, remove fruit with a slotted spoon; arrange in a fruit bowl or on lettuce leaves. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
