I love fresh fruit salads in the summer time. This is a really tasty one!

Ingredients

  • 3
    ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 2
    fresh mandarin oranges, peeled, deseeded and sectioned
  • 2
    bananas, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • ·
    juice of 1 lime

How to Make Fresh Mango Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first orange sections and mangoes together in a large bowl, tossing gently.
  2. Combine oil, honey and lime juice; pour over fruit and toss gently.
  3. Cover and chill. Add 2 sliced bananas just before serving and toss with salad.
  4. To serve, remove fruit with a slotted spoon; arrange in a fruit bowl or on lettuce leaves. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
