I love fresh fruit salads in the summer time. This is a really tasty one!

Ingredients
- 3 - ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 2 - fresh mandarin oranges, peeled, deseeded and sectioned
- 2 - bananas, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- - juice of 1 lime
How To Make fresh mango salad

Step 1Combine first orange sections and mangoes together in a large bowl, tossing gently.

Step 2Combine oil, honey and lime juice; pour over fruit and toss gently.

Step 3Cover and chill. Add 2 sliced bananas just before serving and toss with salad.

Step 4To serve, remove fruit with a slotted spoon; arrange in a fruit bowl or on lettuce leaves. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
