1Dissolve;Jello in the Boiling water.
Add Sherbert, allow to melt.
2place in a 9X13 Pyrex dish Slice Bananas. Mandarin Oranges, Drained pineapple. spread evenly.
3Pour Jello Mixture over fruits.
Refrigerate till set several Hrs. Then add topping.
Whisk all 1st 4 ingredients, except the Cream togeher, in a med. Saucepan, over medium Heat, Stirr till thickened.
5Whip the Heavy Cream till Peaks,
Fold into the Cooled Topping.
Spread on top of Jello. Keep chilled in Refer till ready to serve.
Top with a sprinkle of Nuts or Mandarin oranges.
Enjoy. A refreshing light Fruit salad.
