I recently had this tasty apple salad at a church potluck dinner. I was very impressed with this flavorful salad. A crowd pleaser for sure!

Ingredients

  • 3 small
    delicious apples
  • 1
    banana
  • 1 small
    can crushed or chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    salad dressing
  • 2/3 c
    vanilla ice cream

How to Make Delicious Apple Salad - Stephanie

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut apples and banana into small pieces in a salad bowl. Add marshmallows, pineapple and sugar. Mix salad dressing and ice cream; pour over fruit mixture. Keep refrigerated until served. Can add 1/8 cup chopped black walnuts.
