What a lovely recipe... The crunchy pecans and sweet coconut remind me of the salads I enjoyed in my childhood. This is a sweet treat for all the senses.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
fruit cocktail, in syrup
1 can(s)
pears
1 can(s)
cling peaches
1 large
red delicious apple
1 c
chopped pecans
1 can(s)
bakers coconut
1 bottle
small marachino cherries
1 large
naval orange
1 large
banana optional
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple

Step-By-Step

1Drain syrup from canned fruits and set aside. Chop apple into medium dice and coat with lemon juice to stop browning. Optional: Slice banana if using. Supreme the orange and cut slices into thirds. Drain juice from cherries and set aside. Half cherries. Mix all ingredients together. Add about a 1/4 cup cherrie juice.
2If adding banana, coat with lemon juice to keep from browning. Refridgerate before serving. Serve with Cool Whip or Whipped cream.
