- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - white onion, peeled and minced
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream

Step 1Place cucumber into a bowl, add salt, mix, then let stand for 20 minutes.

Step 2Drain liquid from cucumbers, squeezing out excess, and return to bowl.
