Creamy Cherry Fluff Salad
I entered these cuties in the 2011 Texas Rice Festival cooking contest and they were awarded a 1st place medal in the adult division salad category, best presentation trophy and the reserve champion silver platter!
8 ozcream cheese, room temperature
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
1 can(s)cherry pie filling
1/2 cpineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cmandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cfinely chopped pecans
8 oznon-dairy whipped topping, thawed
·cherries for garnish
How to Make Creamy Cherry Fluff Salad
- Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth.
- Using a spatula, gently fold in remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with cherries or as desired. Chill for at least an hour or until serving time (it will thicken as it chills).
