This is a delicious and quick dessert to whip up in a hurry and its always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 oz
    orange gelatin
  • 20 oz
    canned crushed pineapple ; drained
  • 11 oz
    canned mandarin oranges ; drained
  • 2 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped ; optional
  • 1/2 c
    shredded sweet coconut ; optional

How to Make Creamed Fruit Medley

Step-by-Step

  1. Set aside 1 cup whipped cream and place the remaining in a bowl ; sprinkle with the gelatin ; stir until combined.
  2. Fold in pineapple ,marshmallows , oranges , pecans and coconut if desired.
  3. Garnish with the reserved topping.
