Ingredients
- 1 quart fresh cranberries
- 1 - orange
- 1 cup apple
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 boxes cherry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
How To Make cranberry salad

Step 1Grind or finely chop in food processor cranberries, orange (including rind) and apples. Add sugar, pineapple and pecans.

Step 2Mix water and jello, refrigerate until partially thick and set. Add fruit/nut mixture, pour into pan or molds and refrigerate overnight.
