Cranberry Rice Salad

2 ccooked rice ,cooled
116 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
120 oz can crushed pineapple or pineapple tidbits, drained
115 oz can of mandarine oranges, drained
1container of cool whip
1 cchopped walnuts
How to Make Cranberry Rice Salad
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl... reserving some of the mandarine oranges and chopped nuts as a garnish.
- serve chilled over lettuce leaves or just spoon into dessert bowls and enjoy
- *optional* can sub pecans or dry roasted cashews in place of walnuts... or can leave the nuts out entirely if you choose.
