Ingredients
- 1 large box cherry jello( i use sugar free)
- 1 cup boiled water
- 1 cup cold water
- 20 ounces can crushed pineapple(drained)
- 1 can small, mandarin oranges(drained)
- 1 cup celery(diced)
- 1 - apple(diced)
- 1 cup sugar(i use 1/2 cup since the sugar free jello is so sweet)
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans(chopped)
- 2 cups cranberries
How To Make cranberry relish

Step 1Grind the cranberries in a food chopper. Chop the nuts,celery and apple. Drain the mandarin oranges and pineapple. Reserve the juice.

Step 2In a large bowl,mix 1 c. boiling water with jello. Stir till dissolved. Add 1 c. cold water and juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.

Step 3Add the fruits, nuts, and celery and mix well. I have added mini marshmallows to make it kid friendly. Pour into a serving dish or mold. Chill overnight.
