Ingredients
- 1 - bag fresh or frozen cranberries (make sure frozen are defrosted.)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 - orange: zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinammon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
How To Make cranberry orange salad

Step 1Combine water and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium to medium-high heat. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves.

Step 2Add fresh/frozen cranberries, orange juice and zest, allspice, cinnamon, and salt. Heat on medium, stirring frequently until cranberries begin to burst, about 5-6 minutes.

Step 3As mixture thickens, remove from heat,and stir in dried cranberries.

Step 4Chill, garnish with grated orange zest, and serve.
