A tart and sweet salad. I got this recipe from a cookbook that was given out on a school field trip to Imperial Sugar Company back in the early 70's.

  • 1 lb
    fresh cranberries
  • 1 lb
    fresh green seedless grapes
  • 1 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    heavy cream,, whipped
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed

How to Make Cranberry Medley Salad


  1. Grind washed and sorted cranberries in food chopper or chop in blender. Combine with remaining ingredients. chill. Serve on lettuce leaves on salad plates.
