cranberry jello
At our house it wouldn't be Christmas dinner without "Cranberry Jello". I still serve the canned Jelly type and I make a fresh cranberry salad, but if this would be left off the menu there would be a mutiny. So easy, so good and in our house, so Christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, packed in juice, drained
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 2 small packages gelatin, raspberry, cran-raspberry, whatever your family likes
- 2 cups boiling water
How To Make cranberry jello
-
Step 1Drain pineapple; set aside.
-
Step 2Mix gelatin with 2 cups boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Add drained crushed pineapple and whole cranberry sauce.
-
Step 3I kind of squish the cranberry sauce with my hand to break it up. Mix well.
-
Step 4Pour into gelatin mold. Let set until firm. Unmold onto a lettuce lined plate and serve. I usually make my gelatin a couple of days ahead, just to make things easier for me on the big day.
