One of my daughter's old boyfriends gave us this family recipe. We've been making this now for about 20 years and still a favorite.

  • 1 lb
    fresh cranberries, ground
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 box
    large box of raspberry jello
  • 1 1/2 c

How to Make Cranberry Fruit Salad


  1. Boil 1-1/2 cups water.
  2. Dissolve jello in boiling water, add sugar until graininess is gone.
  3. Add in undrained can of crushed pineapple and cranberries.
  4. Add in nuts.
  5. Pour in 9x13" pan, Chill until set. Ready to serve. Can garnish with whipped cream or cream cheese topping.
