One of my daughter's old boyfriends gave us this family recipe. We've been making this now for about 20 years and still a favorite.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh cranberries, ground
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1 box large box of raspberry jello
- 1 1/2 cups water
How To Make cranberry fruit salad

Step 1Boil 1-1/2 cups water.

Step 2Dissolve jello in boiling water, add sugar until graininess is gone.

Step 3Add in undrained can of crushed pineapple and cranberries.

Step 4Add in nuts.

Step 5Pour in 9x13" pan, Chill until set. Ready to serve. Can garnish with whipped cream or cream cheese topping.
