I've made this recipe for years as an accompaniment for the Thanksgiving meal...and it is so refreshing with the turkey leftovers too.It's also super simple to make.

  • 1-1lb. can(s)
    whole cranberry sauce
  • 1-8 1/2oz can(s)
    crushed pineapple, drained. *note:1-8 1/2 can crushed pineapple contains 3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple.
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    coarsley chopped pecans

How to Make Cranberry Freeze


  1. Combine all ingredients into a Medium mixing bowl; Mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into an 8'x8' pan. Cover and freeze until firm.(2 hours)
  3. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving and cut into squares.
