I've made this recipe for years as an accompaniment for the Thanksgiving meal...and it is so refreshing with the turkey leftovers too.It's also super simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 1-1lb. can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1-8 1/2oz cans crushed pineapple, drained. *note:1-8 1/2 can crushed pineapple contains 3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup coarsley chopped pecans

How To Make cranberry freeze

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients into a Medium mixing bowl; Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Pour mixture into an 8'x8' pan. Cover and freeze until firm.(2 hours)
  • Step 3
    Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving and cut into squares.
