Add boiling water to cherry jello, stir until dissolved, set aside. Heat cranberry sauce in pan on stove and cook until bubbling. Remove from heat and add to dissolved jello. Cover with saran wrap and cool in refrigerator in Pyrex glass pan until slightly jelled so when adding other ingredients they don't settle to bottom.
Add chilled cubed cream cheese, diced apples, mayonnaise and nuts; be sure to stir after adding each ingredient completely. Cover with saran wrap and chill completely.
