I found this recipe in one of my cookbooks that was published by a group of neighbors who got together and compiled their favorite recipes. Thanks for sharing, Connie!

  • 12 oz
    fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 8 oz
    cool whip, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    praline pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1 c
    red seedless grapes, halved
  • 8 oz
    can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 2 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    nestle toll house real semisweet mini chocolate morsels

How to Make Connie's Cranberry Whip


  1. Place cranberrries in food processor bowl; pulse until finely minced, then transfer to large bowl.
  2. Stir in sugar and cover, chill 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Chop pecans, halve grapes and drain pineapple.
  4. Stir remaining ingredients (except whipped topping) into cranberry mixture.
  5. Fold whipped topping into mixture until blended. Chill until ready to serve.
