I found this recipe in one of my cookbooks that was published by a group of neighbors who got together and compiled their favorite recipes. Thanks for sharing, Connie!

Ingredients For connie's cranberry whip

12 ozfresh cranberries
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
8 ozcool whip, thawed
-
1/2 cpraline pecans, coarsely chopped
-
1 cred seedless grapes, halved
-
8 ozcan crushed pineapple in juice, drained
-
2 cminiature marshmallows
-
1/2 cnestle toll house real semisweet mini chocolate morsels
How To Make connie's cranberry whip

1Place cranberrries in food processor bowl; pulse until finely minced, then transfer to large bowl.

2Stir in sugar and cover, chill 30 minutes or overnight.

3Chop pecans, halve grapes and drain pineapple.

4Stir remaining ingredients (except whipped topping) into cranberry mixture.

5Fold whipped topping into mixture until blended. Chill until ready to serve.
