chicken fruit salad
this is an adopted recipe, have tweaked but haven't made yet. sounds interesting!

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1 cup oranges, sectioned
- 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- - lettuce leaves
- 6 tablespoons yogurt
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup chopped almonds or walnuts, if desired
How To Make chicken fruit salad

Step 1Toss chicken with soy sauce; let stand 15 minutes.

Step 2Mix fruit with celery and add to chicken; mix again and chill.

Step 3Arrange fruited chicken salad (about 1 cup each) on lettuce leaves.

Step 4Blend dressing ingredients: yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, and sugar. Spoon dressing over salad.
