- 2 slices grilled chicken breast
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 slice peeled and sliced pear
- 1 - handful of walnuts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil, light
- 1 teaspoon local honey
How To Make chicken and pear salad

Step 1Grill chicken breast, cut into squares. In a Large salad bowl, mix freshly washed spinach, add chopped pears and walnuts. Add the sliced chicken breasts

Step 2Whisk the olive oil, vinegar and honey. Pour over top of salad bowl mixture and top with Parmesan
