This is great for cookouts on a hot summer day. I've even made it with cherry coke. I've also made it with mini marshmallows by folding them in. It is a fun dish.

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice, set pineapple aside. In a saucepan or microwave, bring pineapple juice to a boil. Add jello, stir until dissolved. Stir in pie filling and cola. Pour into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in reserved pineapple. refrigerate until firm.
