This was my mother-in-laws recipe that she would take to family reunions and holiday parties!!She used fresh apples where I prefer Musselmann's Chunky applesauce. Either way is good !!

  • 1 bag(s)
    1 bag baby carrots, grated
  • 1/2 box
    1 half box of raisins
  • 1 jar(s)
    1 small jar musselmann's chunky applesauce
  • 4 Tbsp
    4 tbs mayonaise
  • 2 pinch
    2 pinches cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

How to Make Carrot,Raisin,Apple Salad


  1. Grate carrots in food processor or grate by hand
  2. Add raisins(Can soak raisins in a little rum to kick it up a bit. Just remember to drain before adding to carrots)
  3. Add applesauce
  4. Add mayonnaise and spice(s)
  5. Mix together Chill Enjoy!!!!
