Ingredients
- 2 cups turkey, cooked and diced
- 1 can 8-oz unsweetened pineapple,tidbits/chunks,drain and save juice
- 1/2 pound kraft caramels
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cidar vinegar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups apples, diced, peeled or unpeeled your choice
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 to 1 cups pecans, chopped, toasted
How To Make caramel apple turkey salad

Step 1In a saucepan simmer pineapple juice, caramels, and vinegar until caramels are melted. Set aside to cool. When cool add sour cream.

Step 2In a large bowl combine turkey, apples, pineapple, celery, marshmallows and pecans. Pour caramel mixture over turkey mixture. Toss gently. Chill at least 1 hour or over night.
