    egg, slightly beaten
  • 8 oz
    crushed pineapple in juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
  • DAY 2

  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 4
    apples, peeled or leave with skin on for color
  • 1 c
  • 1 jar(s)
    caramel sauce topping used for ice cream

How to Make Caramel Apple Salad


  1. In a saucepan mix together all the ingredients from day 1 bring to a boil, cook until thick and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Day 2 combine the sauce from day 1 reserving a bit to sprinkle on top for presentation.
  3. Sprinkle with additional peanuts if desired.
