Ingredients
- DAY 1
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- DAY 2
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 4 - apples, peeled or leave with skin on for color
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 jar caramel sauce topping used for ice cream
How To Make caramel apple salad

Step 1In a saucepan mix together all the ingredients from day 1 bring to a boil, cook until thick and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2Day 2 combine the sauce from day 1 reserving a bit to sprinkle on top for presentation.

Step 3Sprinkle with additional peanuts if desired.
