Love a good caramel apple? This salad is the one for you! Easy to make, it's flavor will make you come back to this salad over and over again. I make this in Girl Scout camp with any age group; brownies can cut the apples with plastic knives. At first they say something about the pineapple, or they don't like butterscotch...but once they give it the old 'girl scout try' they absolutely love it and beg for it every year!
