Ingredients
- 2 cups cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups English cucumber, peeled, quartered and sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
- 1/2 cup red peppers, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, washed and torn into small pieces.
- 1/4 cup parsley (substitute cilantro or mint leaves), chopped
