granny smith apples peeled & diced
1 Tbsp

flour
2 Tbsp

apple cider vinegar
8oz

canned crushed pineapple juice, natural
1/2 c

sugar
1

egg
8oz

cool whip thawed
1 c

salted dry roasted peanuts, chopped

How To Make candy apple salad

In a small saucepan mix flour, vinegar, pineapple, sugar and egg

Cook over med. heat stirring constantly until thick. Refrigerate until cool. While mixture is cooling peel & dice apples. Stir together cooled mixture, apples, cool whip and 1/2 the nuts. sprinkle remaining 1/2 C nuts on top
