Here is a lovely cool salad combo that will delite the taste buds! You can also do 2 apples and 2 pears too to change it up a bit!

Ingredients
- 1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup (8 oz. can) crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained
- 1 cup cool whip
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 cups (4 small) cored, unpeeled, and diced red delicious apples
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon extra coconut to sprinkle on top
How To Make butterscotch isle apple salad

Step 1In a large bowl combine the pudding mix and milk with a wire wisk. Let it set in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Step 2Next after pudding has set, blend in the cool whip, crushed pineapple with juice and coconut extract.

Step 3Add the apples and coconut to the butterscotch mix. Blend it well.

Step 4Finish it off with a sprinkle of the extra coconut on top.

Step 5Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
