Here is a lovely cool salad combo that will delite the taste buds! You can also do 2 apples and 2 pears too to change it up a bit!

Ingredients

  • 1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup (8 oz. can) crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 cups (4 small) cored, unpeeled, and diced red delicious apples
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 tablespoon extra coconut to sprinkle on top

How To Make butterscotch isle apple salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl combine the pudding mix and milk with a wire wisk. Let it set in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Next after pudding has set, blend in the cool whip, crushed pineapple with juice and coconut extract.
  • Step 3
    Add the apples and coconut to the butterscotch mix. Blend it well.
  • Step 4
    Finish it off with a sprinkle of the extra coconut on top.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
