Here is a lovely cool salad combo that will delite the taste buds! You can also do 2 apples and 2 pears too to change it up a bit!

Ingredients

1 pkg
instant butterscotch pudding mix
2 c
milk
1 c
(8 oz. can) crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained
1 c
cool whip
1/2 tsp
coconut extract
2 c
(4 small) cored, unpeeled, and diced red delicious apples
1/4 c
flaked coconut
1 Tbsp
extra coconut to sprinkle on top

How to Make Butterscotch Isle Apple Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl combine the pudding mix and milk with a wire wisk. Let it set in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  • 2Next after pudding has set, blend in the cool whip, crushed pineapple with juice and coconut extract.
  • 3Add the apples and coconut to the butterscotch mix. Blend it well.
  • 4Finish it off with a sprinkle of the extra coconut on top.
  • 5Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
