My son loves this with turkey or as a dessert. It's something good to make ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can Blueberries or blackberries
  • 1 (8.5 oz. can Crushed Pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages Rasberry Gelatin
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) - carton Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans

How To Make booberry salad

  • Step 1
    Drain fruit & reserve liquid. Boil water in a saucepan; add gelatins & stir until dissolved. Add enough water to to reserved liquid to make 1 3/4 cups; add to dissolved gelatin. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish. Put gelatin dish in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Then fold in fruit. Chill until firm. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, & vanilla; beat well. Spread over gelatin & sprinkle with pecans. Chill until set. Cut into squares & serve.
