Ingredients For booberry salad

1 (15 oz.) canBlueberries or blackberries

1 (8.5 oz. canCrushed Pineapple

2 (3 oz.) pkgRasberry Gelatin

1 cBoiling Water

1 (8 oz.) pkgCream Cheese, softened

1 (8 oz.)carton Sour Cream
-
1/2 cSugar
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 cChopped pecans
How To Make booberry salad

1Drain fruit & reserve liquid. Boil water in a saucepan; add gelatins & stir until dissolved. Add enough water to to reserved liquid to make 1 3/4 cups; add to dissolved gelatin. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish. Put gelatin dish in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Then fold in fruit. Chill until firm. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, & vanilla; beat well. Spread over gelatin & sprinkle with pecans. Chill until set. Cut into squares & serve.
