Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can(s)
    Blueberries or blackberries
  • 1 (8.5 oz. can(s)
    Crushed Pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg
    Rasberry Gelatin
  • 1 c
    Boiling Water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg
    Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.)
    carton Sour Cream
  • 1/2 c
    Sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    Chopped pecans

How to Make Booberry Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain fruit & reserve liquid. Boil water in a saucepan; add gelatins & stir until dissolved. Add enough water to to reserved liquid to make 1 3/4 cups; add to dissolved gelatin. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish. Put gelatin dish in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Then fold in fruit. Chill until firm. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, & vanilla; beat well. Spread over gelatin & sprinkle with pecans. Chill until set. Cut into squares & serve.
