This is a great congealed salad to serve anytime. In our home it is on the "Yummy List"!!

  • 2 small pkg
    grape gelatin
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 1 large can(s)
    crushed pineapple
  • 1 can(s)
    blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1- 8oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Blueberry Salad


  1. Mix gelatin with boiling water and chill to cool, but not set.
  2. Add blueberry pie fillingand pineappleand pour into serving dishes.
  3. Chill until firm.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, and sugar together and spread over the congeal mixture.
  5. Chill 4 to 6 hours or until firmly set before serving.
