Ingredients
- 1 - romaine lettuce head
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1 pint berries (any berries your kids love)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (have used low fat with good results)
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar (can use artificaila sweetener, but use only 2 tablesppons
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Step 1Wash and cut Romain lettuce into bite size pieces, rinse berries and combine

Step 2Dice the red onion finely or even grate it so the kids can't find it, but only use about 2 Tablespoons as grated onion is extremely strong because of the juices released. Combine with the lettuce and berries

Step 3Combine all the other ingredients and mix well. Pour over salad and serve
