  • 11 oz
    mandarin oranges, can
  • 1 c
    pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 c
    maraschino cherries, drained on a paper towel
  • 1 c
    coconut, flaked2
  • 2
    bananas, sliced, tossed in a little lemon juice
  • 1 c
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    whipped topping, frozen
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar

How to Make banana split salad


  1. Mix all of the fruit together in a bowl, mix the sour cream, frozen whipped topping and powdered sugar.
  2. Pour over the fruit and mix. Pour all into a glass serving bowl. Top with additional cherries.
  3. Chill until ready to serve. This can be made several hours before serving as long as you keep it chilled.
