Ingredients
- FOR THE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- SALAD
- 1/2 pint fresh strawberries hulled and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 ounces fresh arugula
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
How To Make balsamic strawberry & arugula salad

Step 1For the vinaigrette. Place the vinegar in a bowl. With a whisk, whisk in the olive oil until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside

Step 2In a large bowl add the strawberries and toss with the 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3Add the arugula, pecans, and goat cheese. Drizzle vinaigrette over top and serve.
