Autumn Apple Salad

Kim Biegacki

This recipe I got from a close friend of mine Matt whose mother used to make this salad for picnics and such. I fell in love it and asked her for the recipe. Times has passed by and I have lost touch with my friend but still think of him when I make this salad. We had alot of fun times together.

Now, I have changed it up a bit but not much. I added more apples, cut back on the sugar, changed the cheese and sometimes I add more whipped topping but the flavor remains the same. It is a refreshing salad that has lots of texture to it. I just love the crunch of the apples and celery.
