Ingredients
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple w/ juice
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 package 3 oz lemon jello
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 cup apples, diced real fine
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh celery, finely chopped
- 1 - 8 oz carton cool whip
How To Make autumn apple salad

Step 1In a heavy sauce pan, boil pineapple and sugar for 3 minutes, turn off heat and add Jello, stir until Jello is dissolved. Add the softened cream cheese, stir until smooth, set aside for 30 minutes. Add: apples, pecans and cool whip. Fold to mix well and pour into a 9x13x2 glass pan; chill for 3 hours.
