Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    apricot gelatin
  • 2 can(s)
    (15-oz) applesauce
  • 1 bottle
    (12-oz) ginger ale
  • 1 can(s)
    (15-oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Apricot-Pineapple Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat applesauce in saucepan on stove.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in hot applesauce.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  4. Spoon into glass dish.
  5. Chill until firm. At least 4 hours.
  6. Serve on lettuce lined plate.
