angel salad
Ok, so I know it's not a pic of an actual Angel Salad, but since I didn't have one yet, this is my youngest grandbay enjoying his first taste. This salad is something I have been making since my kids were small. It's the one thing they both request for Holidays & family dinners. You can double the recipe really well. I'll post an actual pic the next time I make this.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - 9 oz tub cool whip
- 1 can (lg) crushed pineapple
How To Make angel salad

Step 1Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Step 2add pecans, sugar, vanilla and pineapple. Mix well.

Step 3fold in coolwhip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I prepare the night before I'm ready to serve.
