Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    diced oranges
  • 2
    bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    seedless green grapes
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    coconut, flaked

How to Make Ambrosia Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine fruit.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice.
  3. Chill.
  4. Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise.
  5. Fold in fruit mixture.
  6. Top with coconut.
