Ingredients
- 1 - head of iceburg lettuce
- 2 - breaburn or macintosh apples, pared, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinnly sliced and chopped
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or you can use 1 packet sugar substitute)
- 4 tablespoons milk
How To Make a good apple salad

Step 1In a bowl mix together: lettuce, apples, raisins, onion, cheese. and green bell pepper.

Step 2In a separate bowl mix well together: salad dressing, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and milk.

Step 3Combine dressing with apple mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve. Do not hold longer than 3 hours after dressing is added.
