One day I had some left over chicken after to dinner the day before,I came up with this recipe by adding a few things to the chicken,and wow, every time I make this salad , people ask me for the recipe, it's that good.

finely chopped fresh spinach
chopped green onion
chopped fresh dill or tarragon
cooked, diced chicken
apple. cored and diced
salt & pepper to taste
How To Make
This dish is great with crackers.
Combine the spinach, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, green oninon, herb and celery, and toss. Add chicken, apple and walnuts. Blend well, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with cracker or on a sandwich .
