Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. poached and cut into strips
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and sliced
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 large carrot julienned
- 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped crushed peanuts.
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vingear
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
How To Make vietnamese style chicken salad

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the dressing together in a canning jar. Put a lid on it and keep shaking until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 2Layer the salad starting with the cabbage then the chicken, red bell, cucumber, carrots, cilantro then nuts. Drizzle with the dressing. Enjoy
