Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. poached and cut into strips
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and sliced
  • 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 large carrot julienned
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped crushed peanuts.
  • DRESSING
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vingear
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili crisp

How To Make vietnamese style chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Mix the ingredients for the dressing together in a canning jar. Put a lid on it and keep shaking until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Step 2
    Layer the salad starting with the cabbage then the chicken, red bell, cucumber, carrots, cilantro then nuts. Drizzle with the dressing. Enjoy
