Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 3 ounces water chestnuts, thinly sliced, about 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup low calorie mayo
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • - lettuce leaves

How To Make summer chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes and celery in small bowl and then mound on salad plate lined with lettuce leaves.
  • Step 2
    Stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
